All items are custom printed and typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Total delivery time: 5–10 business days (including production)

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 10–30 business days depending on location

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

📬 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
